In Awe (Daily Dipolog Glimpses) I never tire viewing this scene
to marvel at the simple beauty
of nature's blue sky and sea,
a refreshing sight for the eyes
for a few minutes' break from toil.
Suddenly, spirits are lifted
as we breathe the salty air
to embrace the sunny light
and dream of those across the ocean.
Forever I am in awe
of the beauty God bestows.
