Summer yields her shades of green, to autumn's colors briefly seen. Hills and shires turning gold, soon will fade with winter's scold. Skies once blue on sunny days, in no time turns shades of gray, and the gentle summer breeze, soon will bring on winter's freeze. Brilliant colors turn to brown, gently rest now on the ground. Summer days once long and warm, soon succumb to winter's storms. © 10/2021
