I took to a pause From a momentarily nonplus Over the horde of struggle Saddles myriad fairs to snuggle Climbing the ladder to success With the zillion beings so restless In their ups and downs of life Inciting many to cause strife I took the break Examined life with rectitude Applying calculatively my attitude Watching, studying many toiling Going competitively, their sweat boiling I returned from my break Harnessing my discoveries To make productive deliveries Of my empirical finding And I soften my landing. © Ikwulono Mohammed Senison Nigeria
